He was nominated as a member of the Nigeria Constituent Assembly 1988/89 and into the Constitutional Conference 1994/95 as a Legal Practitioner..
In 2012 he was conferred with the National Honour of Commander Order of the Niger (CON).
He was nominated into the Body of Benchers as a Bencher on February 1st, 2022. He is currently the Principal Partner at Vine Law Firm.
Mrs. Julie Kechiyenum Ajegbo is a seasoned lawyer with over 41 years of experience working in civil litigation, corporate, commercial and property law inter alia. She worked at the Federal Ministry of Justice as a Principal State Counsel, from where she left to engage in private practice. She is currently the Managing Partner at Vine Law Firm
Ifeoma Monye is a seasoned strategist, project execution, and operations management specialist with over 19 years’ experience. She is an expert at guiding individuals and organizations in articulating their visions, and building efficient processes and systems to drive optimal performance by providing them with the necessary tools to build sustainable institutions and legacies.
Kome is an investment professional at the Africa Finance Corporation, a multilateral development finance institution established to help address Africa’s infrastructure needs with an investment portfolio of US$8+ billion. Her key knowledge areas include project development and principal investing across the power, heavy industries, telecoms, transport, climate finance, mining, and oil and gas business areas.

His proficiency in Problem Solving, Planning, and Leadership has been most evident over the past few years as a lead consultant in Ciuci Consulting, Nigeria’s leading indigenous consulting firm. Engr. Oluwaseun Anifowoshe – (Project Manager) is a Bachelors degree holder in Civil Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Masters degree holder From the University of Ibadan. A COREN and NSE registered Civil Engineer and an international certified project manager from PMI US. Engaged in multiple projects with indigenous and multinational organizations in the Infrastructural and Mining fields . Vast experience of over 19 years of professional engagement with team members and executive stakeholders delivering top notch Technical, Strategy and leadership qualities. An effective leader, focused on building relationship and synergy across business lines and clients to add value and drive positive change.
Dr. Charles Chibueze Ugbor (Principal Consultant Mining Geologist and Community Relations) he is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geology, University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a chartered geoscientist, with 26 years post qualification experience. He had worked as a research Assistant to Shell (SPDC) Professorial Chair in Geology before joining the Department of Geology. He had served as a Subsurface Research Adviser at the Exploration Department of Shell Petroleum Development Company Ltd, Nigeria. His research focus is on hydrocarbon reservoir studies, hydrogeophysics, mining and solid mineral resource evaluation, environmental studies and general geology. Dr C. C. Ugbor has won both national and international awards: the Mobile/Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society award with first position price in geosciences thesis among all Nigerian Universities, the American Association of Petroleum Geosciences (AAPG) Grant Award, the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists Award of Excellence and the Petroleum Technology Development Fund awards. Apart from obtaining his B.Sc, in Geology, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Applied Geophysics, he also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Grenoble, France. He is a Corporate member of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society and an Active Member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. He serves as the Faculty Sponsor of the student chapter of the Society of Exploration Geologists, headquartered in Tulsa, USA. He is a member of the Special Marshal and Partnership. He is a Certified member of Chartered Geoscientist by the Council of Mining and Geosciences (COMEG) and a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Administration.
Engr. Wilfred A. Akinyeke (Mining Engineer). Having worked in the Mining Industry for more than 12 years, His extensive on-the-ground experience has been refined over his beneficial tenure with several prestigious Mining Companies. During his time at Price Waterhouse Coopers Nigeria, he was a principal Consultant Mining Engineer who carried out baseline studies for raw materials used in Nigeria’s steel and metals industries and developed support initiatives to enhance the quality of steel and metal inspectors. He made noteworthy and sterling contributions during this time. His expertise was evident in several World Bank-assisted projects, where he led campaigns to promote ethical and sustainable mining methods. Highly proficient in certain Mining software and a proud registered member of professional bodies like Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society NMGS and Council of Registered Mining Engineers COMEG. Also a member of an exploration team for Bitumen resource in the Southern area of Ondo State through drilling and coring operations. Happily married with wonderful children.
